apk4c Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the apk4c platform — they form the legal basis of the agreement between you and us.

Important Notice: The terms and conditions stated on this page are a legally binding document of the apk4c platform. By accessing or using the platform, you are automatically considered to have agreed to all of these terms.
Section 1

General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the apk4c platform and its services. apk4c is an online gaming and entertainment platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slots, lottery, and various other gaming services for users in Bangladesh.

These Terms form a legal agreement. By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on this platform, you are considered to have accepted all of these terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the apk4c platform.

apk4c reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect from the date they are published. Users are advised to check this page regularly.

Section 2

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

To open an account and use the gaming services on the apk4c platform, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21. Providing false information about your age will result in account cancellation.

  • You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
  • You must have a valid mobile number and email address.
  • Each person may operate only one account.
  • Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all accounts.

2.2 Information Provided During Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. apk4c may request necessary documents for identity verification at any time. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate suspension or closure of the account and forfeiture of any winnings.

Section 3

Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. Any activity carried out from your account will be considered your own.

  • Never share your password with anyone.
  • If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the apk4c support team immediately.
  • apk4c will never ask for your password via email or chat.
  • Always log out after using a public device or network.
Security Tip: Use a strong password that includes letters, numbers, and special characters. Change your password regularly and do not use the same password on any other site.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on the apk4c platform is ৳100 (one hundred taka). The following methods can be used to deposit funds into your account:

  • bKash
  • Nagad
  • Rocket
  • Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests generally take 30 minutes to 3 hours to process.

  • Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is approved.
  • Withdrawals will only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
  • apk4c reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

apk4c complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, apk4c is obligated to notify the relevant authorities.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

apk4c offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000, for a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = you must place ৳12,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

  • Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period after receiving the bonus.
  • If wagering requirements are not met, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Bonuses can only be used through an apk4c account.
  • Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.

5.3 VIP & Cashback Program

apk4c has four VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback; and Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback. You can advance to higher tiers by staying consistently active.

Bonus Terms: apk4c reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If misuse or manipulation of bonuses is found, the account will be permanently closed.

Betting Rules

All rules regarding betting on the apk4c platform are as follows:

  • Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, apk4c reserves the right to cancel that bet.
  • If an event is cancelled or postponed, the policy for handling bets may vary by event.
  • apk4c's decision is final in matters of specific rules in sports betting.
  • Data from official or recognized sources is used to determine betting market outcomes.
  • apk4c is not obligated to pay out bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a system error.
Section 7

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the apk4c platform:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Using multiple identities to take advantage of bonuses.
  • Using software, bots, or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Attempting to hack, crack, or gain any unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
  • Conducting transactions using third-party accounts.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
  • Engaging in fraudulent or threatening behavior toward other users.
  • Misconduct or harassment of apk4c staff.

If you are found to be involved in any of the above activities, apk4c may close the account and forfeit all funds without prior notice. Legal action may be taken in serious cases.

Section 8

Responsible Gaming

apk4c believes gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction or financial problems. We encourage our users to play responsibly.

  • Do not bet beyond your means.
  • Avoid placing additional bets in an attempt to recover lost money.
  • If you feel the need, contact the support team to set a deposit limit on your account.
  • If signs of gaming addiction appear, you can voluntarily suspend or permanently close your account.

Privacy & Data Protection

apk4c places great importance on the privacy of users' personal information. All information you provide is kept secure through SSL encryption technology.

  • Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of providing services.
  • Information will not be sold or transferred to third parties except under legal obligation.
  • Documents collected for identity verification are stored on secure servers.

Section 10

Intellectual Property

All content on the apk4c platform — logos, graphics, software, text, designs, and all other content — is the exclusive intellectual property of apk4c. Written permission is required to use, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of it.

  • Using apk4c's logo or trademarks without permission is prohibited.
  • Scraping or automatically collecting content from the platform is prohibited.
  • The intellectual property of game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi) is governed by their respective policies.
Section 11

Account Suspension & Closure

11.1 Suspension by apk4c

Under the following circumstances, apk4c may temporarily or permanently close any account without prior notice:

  • Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspicion of fraud, deception, or illegal activity.
  • Failure to provide identity verification documents.
  • Evidence of operating multiple accounts.

11.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Applicable wagering requirements must be met before account closure, and the available balance may be withdrawn.

Section 12

Limitation of Liability

apk4c is not liable for the following circumstances:

  • Technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues.
  • Delays or errors in the operations of third parties (banks, mobile payment services).
  • Malware or security breaches on the user's own device.
  • Losses caused by the user that are beyond the control of apk4c.

The apk4c platform is provided on an "as is" basis. Although continuity or accuracy of service cannot be guaranteed, we strive to ensure the highest quality of service.

Section 13

Changes to Terms

apk4c reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of changes:

  • The revised Terms and Conditions will be published on this page and will take effect from the date of publication.
  • For significant changes, users may be notified by email or through a notice on the platform.
  • Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
Recommendation: Review these Terms and Conditions regularly. Checking the "Last Updated" date will keep you informed of recent changes.
Section 14

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between apk4c and a user, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through discussion.

  • To raise a dispute, please write to the support email ([email protected]) with full details.
  • apk4c will provide an initial response to the dispute within seven business days.
  • The final decision regarding betting results rests with the apk4c authority.
  • In disputes arising from technical errors, system logs will be used as evidence.
